What kind of meals do you offer?

We make fresh, fully-prepared meals designed to be satisfying, healthy, and ready to enjoy. Each week’s menu features a variety of options — all made from scratch using whole-food ingredients.

When is the menu posted?

We post a brand-new menu every Thursday by 8am, featuring seasonal dishes made with local ingredients (when possible). You have until Friday at 12pm to place your order for Monday pickup or delivery.

How do I place an order?

Just head to our menu page and choose your meals. Add them to your cart, check out, and you’re all set! You’ll receive a confirmation email with pick-up or delivery details.

When and where can I pick up my meals?

Currently, we offer delivery for the following towns in Southern Maine for a small fee: Scarborough, Portland, South Portland, Saco, Gorham, Cape Elizabeth, Falmouth and Kittery.

You can also pickup your meals at 95 Darling Ave, South Portland, ME 04106 for no extra charge.

Are the meals fresh or frozen?

All of our meals are made fresh.

How long do the meals last?

Meals stay fresh in your fridge for 5-6 days after delivery. Each dish comes with a label that includes ingredients and a “best by” date.

Can I freeze the meals?

Many of our meals freeze well! Soups are a great option to freeze for later.

Do you accommodate food allergies?

We offer a variety of gluten-free, nut-free, and soy-free options. Allergens are clearly labeled on each menu item. If you have a severe allergy, please reach out to us before ordering.

Are your meals organic or locally sourced?

We use local and organic ingredients whenever possible, based on seasonal availability. While not 100% organic, we prioritize high-quality whole foods.

Is everything 100% plant-based?

Yes! All of our meals are completely plant-based — no meat, dairy, or eggs. But you don’t need to eat plant-based to enjoy them — they’re designed for anyone looking to eat well.

Do you offer catering or custom orders?

At this time, we’re focusing on our weekly menu, but we’re open to small batch or workplace orders with notice. Don’t hesitate to reach out! We’ll always try to accommodate all requests for custom orders.
